Balcones Fall Cherry Smash
1.5 oz Balcones Baby Blue
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz honey syrup
3-4 fresh cherries (depending on sweetness)
one dash Angostura Bitters - Margarita
- This is Texas we like to spice it up! So, our house margarita just wouldn’t do without a little bit of heat.
Torito de la Virgen- “the Virgin’s little bull”
1.5 oz Z Tequila blanco
.5 oz Paula’s Texas Orange
.5 oz Fresh lime
.25 oz Simple syrup
Two dashes Fire&Damnation bitters - The Miss Toad (the Miso Horny Toad)
- A tribute to our dear friend who is sexy, flirtatious but packs a wallop.
2 oz Balcones Rumble
.75 oz Ginger/Fig syrup
.5 oz fresh lemon juice - Ginger/Fig syrup:
- 2 oz grated fresh ginger root
1 cup fig preserves
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
4 cups water - The Horny Toad Throw Back
- This Classic Collins style drink is so tasty that you can’t help but Throw ’em Back.
2 oz Graham’s Texas Tea
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz Peach Liqueur
Fresh mint garnish - The Poisoned Dart
- 1.5 oz Witherspoon’s River Rum
.5 oz Island Spcied molasses syrup
1.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes Sarsaparilla BittersIsland Spiced Molasses syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 oz molasses
5 cinnamon sticks
½ star anise - The Cow Town Mule

2 oz ginger beer
